Shuffleboard - Thurs. 6-10PM

Get your shuffle on! Or maybe you want to play corn hole or darts. We're not picky! The bars open, and we're here for some games.

Halloween!

Send in your addresses for our trick or treat map, get your costumes ready for the kids Halloween event in the gym and the adult event in the Jackalope!

Kids Halloween Party - October 25th 6-8PM in the gym

We will be having a spooky party in the gym for the kids on the evening of the 25th. This will include a costume parade through the jackalope where the kids will get candy from the tables, pumpkin carving (one pumpkin per family- you're welcome to bring additional pumpkins and carving tools), and halloween colouring!

Plant Swap & Sale - October 24th 6-9PM in the Jackalope

bring your clippings, seedlings, plants, accessories, and expertise to sell, swap, and share. Open to lifetime plant parents and budding enthusiasts.

Southern Lakes Market Loop - December 7th 2024

Bridge Lessons - with Chic Callas.

Open to all Beginners as well as Intermediate players.

September 7th/8th weekend and November 9/10th weekends

Saturday and Sunday classes: 10:00 -12pm, 3:00-5:00pm.

Practice games Saturday: 5:00-7:00

Community News:

Thank you to Fran from the WAFL program for donating a bunch of kids ski gear for our Jackrabbits program. Registration is now open for equipment. Equipment rental is free and for the season. Getting equipment doesn't mean you have to attend Jackrabbits. More information on the program will be available soon.

Halloween is on it's way! During our kids Halloween event we are hoping to do a table trick-or-treat and are asking for candy donations to put at the tables! If you are able to drop candy off we would very much appreciate it. Thanks!

Hi all,

We need to pass on the gratitude expressed by family members after the celebration for Jean and Bruce. They are so grateful for the work that we did to host the event at MLCC! This event has provided some closure to not only the members who could attend, but also to family that weren’t able to attend. More than that, they felt very grateful for the community spirit expressed, which exemplified the spirit that Jean and Bruce always had.

Marie-France/Jody: please pass on to Marc and Malcolm. And please pass on the message to anyone that we may have missed.
